We only deliver Que Rico crisps to the UK. If you’re interested in getting them in your country, contact us and let us know.

We offer delivery via Royal Mail. Please note that prices may change depending on the current Royal Mail pricing and your order’s net weight.

Depending from which Royal Mail postal option you choose, we offer 24 hr tracked or 48 hr tracked. We normally dispatch your order the day after receipt and payment has been processed.

If you have a problem with your order, please email info@quericocrisps.co.uk. We will always try to respond within 24 hours.

We accept returns based on a number of conditions: That the order is returned within 5 working days, from the receipt of your order. That the packs remain unopened and in good condition. Please note, we do reserve the right to not accept a return. 

Cancelling your subscription is simple and quick. Visit your 'Account' page and ensure you are logged in. From there visit the 'Subscriptions' tab to manage all your active subscriptions.

You can click on the user icon in the main navigation or use the ‘Account’ link in our website footer at the bottom. These will take you to a sign in page to access your account.

We use passwordless accounts, ensure you check your inbox for your temporary sign-in code upon login.

You can return items according to Que Rico's return policy. Once the return is accepted, Klarna will adjust your payment schedule accordingly or issue a refund.

All of our crisps are made with 100% Spanish Olive oil, from Spanish potatoes, and exclusively made in Spain using traditional hand-cooked methods. Our crisps are lighter, golden in colour and packed with amazing flavour.

Our crisps are both vegetarian and vegan. However, please check the back of the pack, or online at our shop to check if the product is suitable for your dietary requirement. Please note to ensure confidence in our products, we are certified by the Vegetarian Society.

Our potatoes are grown exclusively in Castile Leon, 1,000 metres above sea level. We only use Spanish potatoes grown by local farmers. You will taste the difference, the moment you take the first bite.

Our facility and our farmers are located in an area in Spain where over 85% of the energy supplied is from renewable sources. Castile Leon is one of Europe’s leading renewable energy regions, powered by nature through solar and wind technology.
