Where it all begins

Special potatoes, grown in harmony with nature

In the heart of Spain’s Castile and León, our beautiful potatoes have grown in the same region for centuries. Our farmers work with the unique natural conditions that produce potatoes perfectly suited for crisping — full of flavour, with an ideal light texture and golden colour.

By sourcing directly from local farmers, we keep everything rooted in the local community. It means superior potatoes, fewer compromises, and supporting the people who know the land best.

Hand cooked the traditional way

Cooked in 100% Spanish olive oil

Once harvested, our potatoes are traditionally batch cooked in 100% Spanish olive oil. This slower, more considered process creates crisps that are wonderfully light, never greasy, and irresistibly crunchy.

Cooking in pure olive oil is not the easy option — but it is the right one. It lets the quality of our potatoes shine through while delivering a sumptuous, satisfying crunch that sets Que Rico apart from all other crisps.
