Shipping policy

We ship only within the United Kingdom. Please contact us at info@quericocrisps.co.uk to see whether we deliver to your area.

We use Royal Mail to ship your order. Please note that postage costs are current Royal Mail charges and may be subject to change.

We do not have a minimum spend.You can order as much, or as little as you like. Please check our shopping page, to see the minimum order per flavour.

All orders above £25.00 are delivered free of charge. Please note we send orders £25.00, or over via Royal Mail 48 hr tracked.

We hope to dispatch your order the following day, if received before 11am. Depending on which postage option you choose, we can dispatch your order via the Royal Mail 24hrs tracked or 48 hrs tracked. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times.

All orders are sent tracked via the Royal Mail, allowing us and you to track your order from dispatch to delivery. We only deliver orders tracked and do not offer any other postal option.

International Shipping:
We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom including the Republic of Ireland.

Lost or Damaged items: 
If your order is damaged on delivery, you will need to notify us within 24 hours from the receipt of your order. We reserve the right to ask for proof of damage. If your order is lost in transit, we will contact Royal Mail for an update and let you know what they say. If we are unable to rectify the issue, we will refund your order normally taking up to 5 working days for your refund to be credited to the account from which the payment was issued. Please note we cannot refund monies to an alternative account.

Returns Policy:
If you are unhappy with your order please contact us at info@quericocrisps.co.uk stating the reasons why you are dissatisfied with your order. We will then let you know how you can return your order.

Correct Address Details: 
If you enter your address details incorrectly, we reserve the right to charge you for resending your order. Please ensure you check your address details, giving all relevant postal information.
